📝 Registration Fee – EDUTICON 2025

1. Online Presenters

• International Students & Student Presenters (outside Jambi Province):
  ✅ FREE (no registration fee) – applies only to the first (main) author.
• Co-authors who wish to receive a certificate will be charged IDR 50,000 per person.

2. Onsite Student Presenters

a. Universitas Jambi Students

• Undergraduate (S1) & Master’s (S2): IDR 150,000 per person
• Doctoral (S3): IDR 200,000 per person

b. Outside Universitas Jambi (S1, S2, S3):

• Flat rate: IDR 200,000 per person

3. Onsite General Presenters (Non-students)

• Main Author: Regular registration fee (eligible for early bird discount).
• Additional Authors: IDR 250,000 per person (if attending onsite and requesting certificate).

4.  Participants (Non-presenters)

• Online participants: IDR 50,000 per person
• Onsite participants: IDR 150,000 per person

💸 Discount Tiers & Payment Deadlines

✅ 100K IDR Discount

• Abstract submitted before 30 July 2025 and accepted
• Payment deadline: 10 August 2025
• ⚠️ After 10 August, the 100K discount is no longer valid — only the 50K discount (if applicable) will apply.

✅ 50K IDR Discount

• Abstract submitted before 30 August 2025 and accepted
• Payment deadline: 5 September 2025
• ⚠️ After 5 September, the discount will not apply — the regular registration fee will be charged.

🎯 Important Notes

• Discounts apply only for General Onsite Presenters (not for students or online presenters).
• Discounts are valid only if both submission and payment deadlines are met.
• All payments are non-refundable.
